7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us on WhatsApp (0335-1690278) within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Item must not be damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed via Easypaisa or bank transfer within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earphones and earbuds that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective.
